    A Bill to amend Section 9-1-1140, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to prior service credits under the South Carolina Retirement System including prior service credits for military service so as to provide that service in the South Carolina National Guard and any reserve component of the United States Armed Forces is considered military service for these purposes.
