    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 38-33-305 SO AS TO REQUIRE A HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION TO HAVE A MEDICAL DIRECTOR, TO PROVIDE FOR THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MEDICAL DIRECTOR, AND TO PROVIDE THAT A MEDICAL DIRECTOR MAY ASSIGN DUTIES BUT RETAINS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THESE DUTIES.
