H 3774 General Bill, By T.F. Rogers
    A Bill to amend Section 8-11-620, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to annual leave and a lump-sum payment allowed to a state employee upon termination of employment, death, or retirement, so as to authorize an employee, upon termination to receive a lump-sum payment for unused leave, not to exceed forty-five days without regard to the earned leave taken during the calendar year in which the employee terminates.
