    A Bill to amend Section 1-11-75, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the authorization of the State Budget and Control Board to charge a fee to applicants for permits for construction, dredging, or other activity in navigable waters of this State, so as to increase the fee for these permits, provide for the enforcement of these provisions, and provide penalties for violations.
