    A Bill to amend Act 76 of 1977, as amended, relating to the South Carolina State Housing Authority Act of 1977, so as to provide that beneficiaries of the Act shall include elderly persons and families, and handicapped persons; to authorize tenancies in rental projects by persons with incomes in excess of limits imposed on low or moderate to low income beneficiaries in limited circumstances; and to modify bond or note requirements.
