    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-43-425 so as to provide for the regulation of a pharmacy located outside this state which ships, mails, or delivers a controlled substance or dangerous drug or device into this state pursuant to a prescription if this service is its primary business.
