A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-11-405, so as to provide for an all-year open season on hunting foxes with dogs and without firearms in Game Zone Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4, and to prohibit the use of flashlights of more than six volts while hunting pursuant to the Section.
