    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-2780 so as to provide for and increase penalties for failing to stop when meeting or overtaking a stopped school bus; and to amend Section 56-5-2775, as amended, relating to misdemeanor violations for failing to stop for a stopped school bus, for illegally entering intersections and crosswalks, and for passing a vehicle at a railroad crossing, so as to delete the reference to failing to stop for a stopped school bus.
