H 3809 General Bill, By T.T. Mappus
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-1235 so as to require a person operating a motor vehicle to carry proof of his motor vehicle liability insurance, to require the operator of a motor vehicle involved in an accident to provide other persons involved with information concerning his proof of insurance, and to provide penalties for violations.
