    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-73-458 so as to provide that an insurance agent may accept a notarized statement from an applicant for automobile insurance that the applicant has complied with applicable mandatory automobile insurance requirements for purposes of determining the appropriate rate for the applicant.
