    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 37-5-304 so as to prohibit the name, address, or telephone number of any student enrolled at a public or private college or university of this State to be disclosed without permission to another person or entity if that person or entity will use this information to offer the student a credit card, debit card, or other type of credit arrangement.
