H 3834 General Bill, By E.W. Simpson
    A Bill to amend Section 56-1-210, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the expiration date of drivers' licenses and the renewal of these licenses, so as to provide that if the licensee is seventy or older at the time of the issuance or renewal of his license, it expires every two years rather than every four years, and to provide that a person seventy or older when renewing his driver's license is required to take the road test.
