H 3836 General Bill, By E.W. Simpson
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-1635 so as to provide that the maximum speed limit of motor vehicles carrying hazardous or solid waste, or flammable or corrosive materials or chemicals, is five miles an hour under the authorized limits for other motor vehicles.
