    A Bill to amend Act 1377 of 1968, as last amended by Act 189 of 1989, relating to the issuance of capital improvement bonds, so as to authorize the issuance of additional bonds, for the Commission on Aging; to amend Section Four of Act 1377 of 1968, as last amended by Section Four of Act 638 of 1988, by increasing the limitation on the maximum aggregate principal indebtedness of the State; and to amend Section 12-21-3440(B) of the 1976 Code, relating to bingo taxes, so as to temporarily increase the tax.
