    A Concurrent Resolution to request the Business-Education Partnership Committee to review the February, 1986 report to the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education entitled "Higher Education in South Carolina - An Agenda for the Future", to conduct any further study the committee considers desirable, and to make recommendations to the General Assembly for improving higher education in South Carolina by January 1, 1987.
