H 3867 General Bill, By J.H. Hodges, Boan, Fair and Haskins
    A Bill to make it unlawful for a person to keep on his premises or operate or permit to be kept on his premises or operated any machine, electronic or otherwise, for the playing of games or amusements in which the player utilizes a deck of cards or plays a game of cards in any manner whatever; to provide a penalty; and to provide for the seizure, examination, and destruction of the machine.
