    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 5-31-60 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT FIRE HYDRANTS MUST BE INSTALLED ON CERTAIN WATER MAINS CONSTRUCTED AFTER JULY 1, 2001, TO PROVIDE FOR THE NUMBER, SIZE, DISCHARGE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THESE FIRE HYDRANTS, AND TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONS.
