H 3885 General Bill, By Davenport and Lanford
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-21-820 so as to make the Teacher Incentive Program optional to school districts and to provide that implementation of the program in a school district is subject to the adoption of the program by the school district's board of trustees; and by adding Section 59-25-60 so as to provide that student teaching at a nonpublic institution may not be used to fulfill the student teaching requirement for teacher certification.
