    A Bill to amend Section 12-7-435, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to deductions from South Carolina taxable income by individuals, so as to provide that South Carolina sales and use taxes and federal and South Carolina gasoline taxes paid by an individual in any taxable year are also deductible.
