    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 44-17-565 so as to provide that all involuntary commitment hearings involving patients at the Crafts-Farrow Hospital must be held on the premises of the hospital, to provide exceptions, and to provide that a resident Probate Judge of Richland or Lexington County may preside at these hearings if he consents and upon the request of the Probate Court having jurisdiction of the proceedings.
