H 3907 General Bill, By J.G. Mattos
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-43-301 so as to provide that whenever the due date for making any return or any payment of taxes or for filing or submitting any other form or document regarding real property falls on Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, the deadline for making the return or the payment or for filing or submitting the form or document is extended for two regular working days.
