    A Bill to amend Section 12-37-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to ad valorem property tax exemptions, so as to provide for the exemptions of rehabilitated historic real property that meets certain qualifications and of residential rental projects undertaken by the private sector for persons and families of low income and of moderate to low income.
