    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-63-35 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IF A SCHOOL ZONE IS REDRAWN TO EXCLUDE A STUDENT WHO HAS ALREADY BEGUN TO ATTEND A SCHOOL, THE STUDENT MAY CONTINUE TO ATTEND THE SCHOOL WITHOUT PAYING THE REIMBURSEMENT FEE.
