H 3927 General Bill, By Young-Brickell
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 22-3-25 so as to provide that magistrates shall have concurrent jurisdiction with other courts of competent jurisdiction to grant injunctive relief or such other relief as considered appropriate in matters involving real estate restrictive covenants upon petition of any party.
