    A Bill to amend Section 7-7-330, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, relating to voting precincts in Jasper County, so as to define the precincts, to divide Ridgeland into Ridgeland Precinct 1 and Precinct 2; to add Levy Precinct and to provide for the issuance of new voter registration certificates to those persons whose registration is transferred by this Act.
