    A Bill to amend Act 605 of 1984, as amended, relating to the millage to be levied in Marion County, so as to provide for the millage for school purposes for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1986, and ending June 30, 1987; and to authorize the Board of Trustees of School District No. 3 in Marion County to borrow not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars for the purpose of constructing, improving, and repairing school and school buildings in the district and to provide for the method of payment of the loan and interest by the Board.-amended title
