    A Bill to amend Act 848 of 1976, as amended, relating to the election and composition of the Lancaster County Board of Education and the area boards of trustees of the school district of the county, so as to provide that the terms of all members elected to area boards of trustees of the school district of the county expire on December 31, 1984, and that members of such boards be initially elected in the General Election of 1984 for a term of two years.
