A Concurrent Resolution to memorialize the U.S. Forest Service, in cutting timber on its lands adjacent to U.S. Highway 76 from the Holly Springs Community in Oconee County to the Georgia State Line, to leave a reasonable uncut buffer zone adjacent to this highway so that the beauty and esthetic value of this highway to the citizens of Oconee County will not be damaged.
