    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-1317, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to funds earned by clerks of court under contract with the Department of Social Services pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act (child support), so as to require the funds, among other things, to be used for other activities related to the collection, enforcement, and distribution of child support payments.
