    A Joint Resolution to provide for the levy of taxes for school purposes in Dillon County for fiscal year beginning July 1, 1984, and ending June 30, 1985, and to authorize and direct the county board of education in conjunction with the Superintendent of Education to keep records of all receipts and disbursements of funds received from any source, and submit a report to the Dillon County Legislative Delegation by April first of each year.
