    A Bill to amend Section 12-35-555, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to sales taxes on the sale of motor vehicles to nonresidents, so as to provide that this provision also applies to the sale of trailers, semi-trailers, and pole trailers, and to provide that no sales taxes on these sales may be imposed under certain conditions.
