H 4000 General Bill, By T.F. Rogers, J. Rama and C.Y. Waites
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-104-625, so as to provide that the South Carolina Association of Student Body Presidents shall act as an advisory council to the Commission on Higher Education to advise and assist the Commission in performing its duties and functions under Chapter 104 of Title 59 which provides initiatives for research and academic excellence.
