    A House Resolution to request the Governor to call a special session of the General Assembly if it is not in regular session in the event the United States Supreme Court limits or overturns the decision of Roe V. Wade and it becomes necessary for state legislatures to further provide for the manner in which and conditions under which abortions may be performed if allowed.
