    A Bill to amend Section 40-13-240, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to annual renewal of cosmetologists licenses and the requirement that applicants complete certain continuing education, so as to provide that any person who has held a license for at least ten consecutive years may only be required to take continuing education courses in health-related subjects.
