    A Concurrent Resolution to invite the winners of the 1988 South Carolina Folk Heritage Award and the members of the 1988 South Carolina Folk Heritage Advisory Committee to attend a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate in the Hall of the House immediately following the conclusion of the election of South Carolina college and university boards of trustees set by the provisions of H. 3788 of 1988, and to recognize and commend them for their outstanding contributions to folk art in South Carolina.
