    A Joint Resolution to direct the State Department of Social Services and the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation to develop procedures for suspending the driver's license of a person who is in arrears of at least two months in making child support payments; and to require these Departments to report to the General Assembly concerning these procedures and legislation that may be necessary for their implementation.
