    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 17-13-145 so as to require the Victim Compensation Fund to compensate a pawnbroker for property seized under certain circumstances, to require the Fund to be reimbursed by an owner retrieving seized property, and to require a law enforcement agency to reimburse the Fund with the proceeds from the sale of seized property.
