    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-73-736 so as to provide for a reduction in rates for automobile liability insurance for a person fifty-five years of age or older who successfully completes a motor vehicle accident prevention course approved by the Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
