    A Concurrent Resolution requesting the South Carolina Department of Highways and Public Transportation, when replacing maximum or minimum speed limit signs on the roads, streets, and highways, to erect new speed limit signs which state the maximum and minimum speed in terms of miles-per-hour and the metric system equivalent (kilometers-per-hour).
