    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 7-5-15 so as to provide a procedure for the establishment of a Registration and Elections Commission in a county, and provide a procedure for the abolition of existing county boards of registration and county election commissions and the devolving of their powers, duties, and responsibilities on the newly established commissions.
