    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 2-19-85 so as to provide that candidates for judicial offices to be filled by election of the General Assembly must refrain from visiting the State House, Blatt Building, Gressette Building, or any other buildings of the State Capitol Complex for the purpose of meeting members and campaigning for office until such time as the Legislative Screening Committee has rendered its report regarding the qualifications of the candidates for the judicial offices to which the candidates seek election, and to provide exceptions.
