    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 32-3-15 so as to provide that no written contract or agreement which specifically provides that it can be changed, modified, or superseded only in writing signed by the parties, can be changed, modified or superseded by an oral contract or agreement.
