H 4111 General Bill, By Fair and C.C. Wells
    A Bill to direct the local school boards of this State to require that any information on the subject of homosexuality, if included as part of an instructional unit or included in any classroom discussion, must present homosexual behavior as unnatural, unhealthy, and illegal within the context of the law of this State.
