    A Bill to amend Section 59-26-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to teacher examinations, certifications, and evaluation instruments, so as to provide that the National Teacher Examination must only be used for teacher evaluation purposes and teaching examinations developed in accordance with this Section must be used for certification purposes.
