    A Bill to amend Sections 40-22-190 and 40-22-200, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the regulation of engineers and land surveyors, so as to provide that graduation from a four-year engineering technology program may be qualification for registration as a professional engineer and for certification as an engineer-in-training.
