H 4115 General Bill, By D.L. Aydlette
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 58-5-65 so as to provide that water and sewer rates of municipal water and sewer systems and special purpose water and sewer districts are subject to review and approval by the Public Service Commission in the same manner and under the same conditions that the rates of privately-owned water and sewer systems are subject to review and approval; and to repeal Sections 58-5-30 and 58-5-40, exempting municipal water and sewer systems and systems wholesaling water to municipalities from regulation by the Public Service Commission.
