    A Joint Resolution to provide that the school days of November 30-December 3, 1992, missed by the students of Barr Street Junior High School in Lancaster County, and the school days of December 3, 4, and 7 of 1992, missed by the students of the Dobson Elementary School in Lancaster County when these schools were closed due to fire are exempted from the make-up requirement of the Defined Minimum Plan that full school days missed due to extreme weather or other circumstances be made up.
