    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 39-5-31 so as to provide that any person who accepts a fee from another person to secure for or provide to that other person certain credit, loans, or credit cards and who misrepresents his ability to secure or provide same, or fails to make a good faith effort to secure or provide same is considered to have committed unfair trade practice within the meaning of Chapter 5 of Title 39.
