    A Bill to amend Section 44-53-530, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to forfeiture procedures and disposition of forfeited property in regard to narcotics and controlled substances, so as to raise the amount of any cash seized and forfeited which remains the property of the law enforcement agency which effected the seizure.
