H 4183 General Bill, By Alexander
    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-1510, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the disposition of fines, forfeitures, and other revenues, so as to provide that if an arrest for driving under the influence occurs in a municipality and the arrest results in a conviction for driving under the influence for a second offense, one-half of the amount due a county from the fine imposed must be distributed to the municipality where the arrest occurred.
